Key Responsibilities: - Act as second chair to an ABOTA Advocate
- Understand importance of factoring in PJC from case inception
- Maintains rapport with Clients by making regular contact to develop strong relationships
Qualifications: - 6 plus years experience in litigation environment, Insurance defense preferred
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Travel required for depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial
