The job involves case screening, drafting complaints, discovery, factual development, brief writing, motion practice, trial preparation and trial advocacy. Candidates must be members of both the Maryland and D.C. bars, or be eligible to become members of both bars. Salary is $75,000 to $120,000 commensurate with skill, educational background and experience. The firm pays discretionary performance-based bonuses.
