Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate and Business/Commercial Litigation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle real estate, business, and commercial litigation matters.
  • Manage cases efficiently from inception throughresolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Build client relationships and actively participate in the local community.
Qualifications:
  • Active Washington State Bar License required.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience required.
  • Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a timely manner.
  • Interest in developing a long-term practice in South Puget Sound.
