Associate Attorney – Trade Secrets/Non-Compete (Remote, Colorado)

Our client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in Colorado to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice.

Requirements:

·      5-8 years of restrictive covenant & trade secret litigation experience

·      Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery

·      Admitted to practice law in Colorado

·      Reside in the State of Colorado

·      Travel required

Base Salary: $175,000 – $250,000
