Transactional Associate Attorney

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000-$140,000 + bonus potential

The Role
The firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to handle a diverse transactional workload. This role offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collegial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate-related documents.
- Draft and revise a variety of transactional and advisory documents, including contracts, opinion letters, policies, governance documents, and related agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned written and verbal guidance to clients.
- Participate in negotiations and assist in resolving legal matters efficiently and strategically.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding matter status and strategy via phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person meetings.
- Attend meetings as needed, including occasional evening commitments.
- Support business development efforts, including client education initiatives and firm-sponsored programs.
