Transactional Associate Attorney
Our client, a respected Colorado-based law firm with a strong focus on community association representation, is seeking an experienced Transactional Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with homeowner associations and community association boards, providing strategic legal counsel on a broad range of transactional, governance, and real estate-related matters.
The attorney will advise clients on issues involving governing documents, real estate transactions, corporate governance, contracts, fair housing matters, employment-related issues, and other legal concerns affecting community associations. This position combines sophisticated legal work with significant client interaction and opportunities for business development in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze association governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate documents to provide legal counsel and representation.
- Draft and revise a variety of legal documents, including contracts, opinion letters, governing documents, rules and regulations, easement agreements, licenses, and other transactional documents.
- Conduct legal research utilizing available legal resources, databases, and research platforms.
- Formulate and deliver well-reasoned written and verbal legal opinions to clients.
- Negotiate agreements and resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through in-person meetings, telephone calls, email correspondence, and written communications regarding the status of legal matters.
