What You'll Do
As an Associate Attorney, you will represent property owners and clients in a high-volume civil litigation practice. Responsibilities include:
Represent clients in virtual and in-person court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Negotiate settlements and resolutions
Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
Collaborate with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy
Manage an active caseload while utilizing technology to improve efficiency
