The firm blends the sophistication of a large national practice with a more practical, relationship driven approach to client service. Its work spans corporate and securities, banking and finance, and intellectual property matters, representing a client base that ranges from early stage technology companies to international investment funds, real estate investment firms, and established operating businesses. The team includes attorneys with big firm training who have chosen to focus on getting deals done efficiently while building long term client relationships.

Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the State Bar (California or Texas depending on office)
2 plus years of transactional experience, ideally in corporate and securities, banking and finance, or general corporate matters
Experience with financing transactions, equity or debt deals, or fund formation work is a strong plus
Familiarity with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, purchase agreements, or financing documents
Comfort working directly with clients, including founders, executives, and institutional investors
Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a well regarded firm (large firm training background preferred but not required)
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast paced, deal driven environment
