We are working with a well-respected boutique law firm in Buffalo, NY that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team! The firm focuses on a variety of practice areas including insurance defense, estate planning, family law, and more.

Base Salary Range: $100k-$115k/year + bonuses
Billable Hour Requirement: 1800/year
Location: Buffalo, NY; on-site

Job Details

The Associate will be responsible for providing legal representation and support to clients across various practice areas, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing client cases, attending court proceedings, and collaborating with colleagues on legal strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents
  • Strong knowledge and skills in areas such as family law, corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and/or insurance defense
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to represent clients during legal processes and interactions
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar is required
  • Prior experience in related practice areas is highly preferred
