The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding and extensive experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trusts, Wills, Estates, Business Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law. The successful candidate will have the ability to conduct effective legal research and demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trusts, Wills, Estates, Business Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law.
2. Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and contracts.
3. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute legal actions.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
5. Negotiate settlements in civil litigation and other legal disputes.
6. Maintain client relationships and work to establish new client relationships.
7. Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies for complex legal issues.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, specifically with Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Trusts, Wills, Estates, Business Law, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven experience as a business litigator with strong negotiation skills.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
7. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and make sound legal arguments.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
