Job Summary Seasonal Associate Benefit Advisor – a sales role in a call center helping beneficiaries select their health insurance coverage during peak enrollment season (July 13th – December 8th).Responsibilities Guide and advise clients over the phone on health insurance options.Listen to client needs, consult, and recommend appropriate coverage plans.Meet daily sales metrics and goals, including outbound calls and cross‑sell ancillary products.Record and monitor calls, maintain accurate data across multiple computer applications.Prepare for and pass the state licensing exam as part of the training program.Qualifications Ability to obtain a resident state health insurance license or currently hold an active license.Previous sales experience or strong passion for learning and growing in a sales role.Strong technical proficiency – easily navigate between multiple systems.Coachable, teachable, and highly customer‑focused.Integrity and alignment with eHealth's mission and values.Hours & Schedule Must be available to work 5:00AM – 5:00PM PST, including weekends as needed. Extended hours may be required during the Annual Enrollment period (October 15 – December 7).Licensing & Background Checks Associate Benefit Advisors are licensed insurance agents. All candidates must undergo comprehensive background checks, including lifetime criminal and credit history reports.
