Job Title: Associate Benefits Specialist
Duration: 6 Months on W2
Location: Andover MA(Hybrid Opportunity 3 days onsite Mon and Fri remote)
Shift: 8-5pm / 8-4:30pm

As an Associate Benefits Specialist at ***, you will support the administration and delivery of U.S. employee benefits programs. In this role, you will partner with HR teams and external vendors to ensure employees receive accurate information, timely support, and a positive benefits experience while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. You will report to the Senior Manager, U.S. Benefits.

Job Description:

You Will Make an Impact By:
" Providing day-to-day administrative support for U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement plans
" Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility, coverage, enrollment, and claims
" Communicating benefit plan options, key features, and enrollment deadlines to employees
" Conducting new hire orientations and assisting with employee benefits education sessions
" Reconciling monthly vendor invoices and supporting benefits billing and payment processes
" Managing benefits email inboxes and Workday Help requests to resolve issues or escalate as appropriate
" Supporting open enrollment planning, communications, and execution activities
" Partnering with HR team members and external vendors to resolve complex benefits-related issues
" Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA requirements

Skills You Bring:
" 1-3 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on U.S. Benefits Administration
" Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
" Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
" Experience working with employee benefits programs and HR processes
" Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Skills:
" Experience with Workday HRIS
" Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations, including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA
" Experience supporting open enrollment and benefits vendor management
