Associate

Our practice focuses primarily on business and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, contract matters, and complex civil litigation. We also serve as general counsel to business clients, providing ongoing legal guidance on operational, contractual, and strategic matters.

We are looking for an attorney who is confident, motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take meaningful responsibility for both litigation and advisory work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive correspondence

• Deposition and courtroom experience

• The ability to independently manage matters while collaborating on larger cases

• Excellent judgment and client communication skills

• Familiarity with, or an interest in, transactional and advisory work for business clients

The Associate will also handle routine transactional and general counsel matters, including drafting operating agreements, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, preparing and reviewing contracts, and providing day-to-day legal advice to business clients.
