The Role + PurposeThe Associate, Brand Creative Production manages the planning and execution of e-commerce photoshoots from pre-production through wrap. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. The Associate will assist with scheduling, on-set coordination, studio operations, and budget tracking while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.This position reports to the Director, Brand Creative Production and partners closely with the broader creative and production teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of e-commerce shootsAssist in building and maintaining detailed production schedules and in-house studio schedule in partnership with the DirectorProvide on-set support to ensure the shoot day runs smoothly, including pacing and shot trackingServe as a point of contact between internal teams and freelancers on set as neededBuild and distribute call sheets for all shootsCoordinate daily catering orders for setEnsure the studio is organized and reset at the end of each shoot dayPartner with post-production to confirm all files are properly uploaded at the end of shootsTrack invoices and expenses for e-commerce and editorial shootsSupport end-of-month budget reporting with the DirectorAssist with casting coordination in partnership with the creative and production teamsProvide regular status updates to the production team on timelines and deliverablesCoordinate with the still life studio team to book freelance support as needed and track related invoices and budgetManage and order studio suppliesProvide occasional support for social media and creative shoots as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in photoshoot production, studio coordination, or project management in a creative environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on setFamiliarity with talent coordination and casting processes is a plusWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Docs preferredBenefits + PerksHealth & Well-being - Eligible associates and family members receive medical, dental, prescription and vision insurance, family planning (fertility, adoption & surrogacy support), fitness discounts, medical travel and more.Associate Discount - We love our products just as much as you do!
