SUMMARY:The Associate Brand Manager works with the Internationalmarketingdivision within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio. The Associate Brand Manager partners with the Brand Manager and Vice President to develop and execute the business and marketing strategies for a collection of wineries, including: Benvolio, Tenuta di Arceno, and Passerelles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with Brand Manager on long‑term and annual business and marketing planResearch and provide brand and market data as needed to Brand ManagerLead and execute initiatives including event marketing, content and digital marketing, trade/media/consumer events, and direct to consumer marketingProject and Process Management: as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendorsPrepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business resultsSupport the innovation process and new product launchesPartner with Sales to develop effective trade tools to drive distribution and velocity; including POS, collateral, and education materialsManage components of the P&L: Marketing budget and sales forecastJOB REQUIREMENTS:4+ years relevant work experience in a marketing related positionProficiency in common programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBasic understanding of various pricing strategies across multiple markets and channelsWAGE TRANSPARENCY:The annual salary for this role ranges from $95,000 - $105,000.
