Associate Brand Manager – Plush Category The Associate Brand Manager will play a critical role leading brands for the Plush category. This is a 4‑day per week in‑office position.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage internal systems to drive key brand operations including product set‑up, financial/P&L set‑up, wave management, and product number creation.Support all marketing activities including digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows.Present new brand and product lines, strategies, plans, and results to the internal sales team and external partners.Oversee both industry and public‑facing trade shows from planning to execution.Lead a small set of low‑complexity products and assist in managing projects related to larger product development activities.Support category and consumer research by helping to develop research materials and product samples.Manage licensor communications including gaining approvals on marketing assets.Qualifications: Experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in toy, entertainment, fashion, electronics, or other pop‑culture products.Proven understanding of brand guidelines and standards to champion and maintain consistent, compelling brand representations.Experience conducting market analysis to understand key trends for consumers.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Compensation: Pay range: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum for NewYork. Salary depends on experience, education, and other factors.
