Our team is hiring a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker to grow with us in Denver. We’re looking for someone motivated, hardworking, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial brokerage.

This role is a launchpad—offering hands-on exposure to leasing, sales, basic underwriting, and marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The right candidate is organized, sharp in business writing, and ready to take on new challenges.

Key Qualifications

• Newly licensed or currently pursuing a Colorado Real Estate License
• \n
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting (phone + email) and consistent follow-up
• \n
• Strong communication skills (verbal + written) and professional business writing
• \n
• Familiarity with (or interest in learning) commercial real estate terminology and documentation
• \n
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• \n
• Sales-minded with a client-service approach
• \n
• Comfortable presenting information and supporting proposals/marketing materials
• \n

About the Role

\n

You’ll work closely with senior brokers and gain real-time exposure to active deals, property tours, marketing campaigns, and client negotiations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business by participating directly in it.
