As an associate business systems administrator in the Information Technology department, you will collaborate with team members to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and adoption of NYSTEC's business applications and collaboration platforms. This role will assist with the day-to-day management of SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Power Platform solutions, and other enterprise business systems used throughout the organization.
Serving as an associate business systems administrator, your day-to-day role will include ensuring continuity of support and providing additional capacity across many critical business systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career technology professional to gain hands-on experience administering enterprise platforms while working alongside business stakeholders to improve processes, workflows, and user experiences.
