Associate Card Auditing Coordinator Position Overview:This position is responsible for the reconciliation of card batch counts and the recording of this information on the corresponding documentation. Scope of responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to ensuring that all security, miscount investigation/results, count recording and signoffs (dual when necessary) are being performed in all operations in production. This position will provide supplemental training as needed.  Key Responsibilities:Ensure all employees are practicing safe working habits and immediately report any and all accidents and safety violations to the Security Manager and the Shift Supervisor or Production SupervisorProvide immediate feedback to Security Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Security Guard on Card Accountability discrepancies, safety or security concernsReconcile count accuracy on all Card Accountability paperwork and record resultsCommunicate all Card Accountability audit results to the Security Manager and Shift SupervisorProvide training to all employees and new hires on Card Accountability requirements and proceduresPlay a leadership role in the maintenance and adherence to all compliance policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Facility Security, Card AccountabilityPerform Card Accountability batch reconciliation throughout the production processOther responsibility will learn and assist the Visual system as necessary as per the security manager direction.  Other Important Responsibilities:Learn and assist the enterprise system as necessary as per the security manager direction. Timely Corrective Action response and resolution to relevant situationsEngage and support companywide Safety and Cleanliness programsConduct 5S auditsOther miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Security Manager. Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of relevant experienceHigh School or GED Diploma is requiredAbility to relate to employees and understand their needsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenProficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and ability to use a calculatorStrong attention to detail and ability to self-check own workExcellent time management skillsComputer skills is a must with Microsoft programs proficiencyTask oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloadEnthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, self-motivated, creative and innovativeExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Physical requirements and work environment:Must be able to lift 50 lbs;Must be able to sustain office work as needed including the following:Sitting in an office chairTypingReaching for the telephoneStanding at office equipmentHearing for phone useSight for computer useMust be able to sustain factory work for 8+ hours per day including the following:Standing at machineryReaching and pulling to operate machinerySight for machinery operationWalking through shopOffice environment is of moderate noise level.Shop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.At CompoSecure, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that promotes health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
