We are seeking an exceptional Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to join our senior leadership team and help shape the future of cancer care.
The ACNO provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing and covered patient care services across inpatient and outpatient settings, partnering with physician, clinical, and administrative leaders to advance clinical excellence, patient safety, innovation, workforce engagement, and organizational growth.

A highly visible and approachable leader who builds trust across nursing, medical staff, and executive leadership.
Passionate about cancer care, clinical excellence, innovation, and the patient experience.
Skilled at developing leaders, engaging teams, and creating a culture of accountability and belonging.
Comfortable leading complex change within a large, matrixed healthcare organization.
Your qualifications should include:
Master's degree in Nursing or related field; if in a related field, a bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
15+ years of registered nursing experience, including at least 10+ years in nursing leadership.
Current California RN license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Certification in a nursing specialty and/or leadership.
