    Please review the following job description:

    Research business unit data problems and provide recommendations of solutions. Actively resolve day-to-day needs of the business unit with a focus on the systems, processes and quality. Research a range of process maps and written documents including user guides and manuals, and training materials, with support from team leads as needed. Ensure all assigned tasks are performed in a timely manner in order to meet processing schedules and service level agreements, while maintaining system integrity.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Identifies and resolves data quality issues; actively participate in data governance processes to ensure the highest quality data is maintained and available.

    2. Recommend to team lead and management changes to policies, procedures and processing flows, while maintaining a working knowledge to support the platforms and interfacing applications.

    3. Stays up-to-date with corporate and platform operating policies and procedures in order to understand and assess the impact of recurring problems.

    4. Assists with system implementation and training that becomes necessary as a result of system or policy changes. Identifies internal efficiencies and system enhancements.

    5. Analyzes basic information and makes decisions within guidelines or standard practices to solve problems. Assists in research and problem resolution.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications:

    1. High School diploma, or equivalent

    2. Two years of experience in financial services industry

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree

    2. Experience and knowledge of Client Information Systems
