The Role
In the Associate, Communications role, you will play a key role within a dynamic, development-focused rotational program designed to build well-rounded, high-impact communications talent. In this role, you will help with content development, communications measurement, event coordination, media relations and ad hoc projects that advance key business priorities through clear, engaging, and effective communications.
As part of the rotational program, you will gain structured exposure to multiple business units and functions across Corporate Communications—broadening your perspective, strengthening both internal and external communications skills, and accelerating your overall development. You will also have opportunities to lead special communications projects end-to-end, building your ability to think strategically, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling a variety of work, and is motivated to continuously learn, grow, and expand their impact within a structured and supportive program.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
