Associate Contracts Manager / Paralegal

Job Title: Associate Contracts Manager/Paralegal
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080 – Hybrid (three days a week on-site, two remote)
Duration: 07/26/2026 to 01/26/2027
Working Days and Hours: Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts)
Interview Format: Two Rounds (1 - Hiring Manager; 2 - Next Level Manager - 45 minutes - virtual)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• Experience drafting and managing agreements (full lifecycle exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of scientific terminology (antibodies, plasmids, DNA, genetically modified models, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of legal agreement structure (amendments, obligations, parties)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech
* Legal education or direct legal/contracts experience
* Experience specifically managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)
