Location:
Las Vegas, Nevada – This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with leadership and business teams in a dynamic office environment.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have at least 3+ years of directly relevant real estate transactional and commercial finance experience.

Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate, finance, corporate, employment, and governance agreements.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture transactions through legal due diligence.
- Partner with finance, asset management, acquisitions, development, and executive leadership to identify and manage legal risk.
- Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and corporate records.
- Coordinate litigation matters and manage relationships with outside counsel.
- Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and legal issues affecting business operations.
- Support the General Counsel across a broad range of strategic legal initiatives.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Nevada Bar license.
- 3+ years of real estate transactional and commercial finance legal experience.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-house experience is welcomed.
- Experience with securities law or private placements is a plus.
