Our client, a Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Laboratory Services company, is looking for a Associate Customer Service Rep for their Springfield, IL location.
Responsibilities:
Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
Enter orders into SAP when PO received
Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
Requirements:
Data Entry experience.
High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
or
Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.
