Position Overview
We are seeking an organized Associate Customer Service Representativer to support our technical service team with order processing, invoicing, purchasing, dispatch tracking, and customer communication. You will maintain accurate records and support project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Tracking: Monitor activity for timely project completion.
• Data Management: Maintain customer communication and project records.
• Procurement: Create purchase orders for internal and external suppliers.
• Financial Admin: Process internal billing, invoicing, and service paperwork.
• Quality Control: Review and edit orders for accurate pricing and details.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with production and services teams.
• Support: Help with order entries, estimates, and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in customer-facing or administrative roles.
• Tech Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Attributes: Strong detail orientation, organization, and multitasking.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Mindset: Team-oriented and eager to learn new systems.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in business or a technical field.
• Software: Experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or Jira.
