Job Summary
The Associate Dean of Nursing Programs is a member of the leadership team for the School of Nursing. Under the direction of the Dean and in close collaboration with the Associate Dean of Undergraduate programs is responsible for leadership and oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of outstanding innovative academic programs in the School of Nursing. This position assumes responsibility for the accreditation, curriculum development, and evaluation and assessment of all program outcomes. The Associate Dean of Nursing Programs will provide leadership and direction to faculty and professional staff in the development of initiatives and academic activities that promote student success, help to meet expected program outcomes, as well as align with the Endicott College mission to provide students with meaningful experiential learning. An academic appointment, if applicable, will be determined separately in accordance with the College's academic appointment process.

Lead the SON in successful program-level and institutional-level accreditation activities with all accreditation and oversight boards.

Represent the SON in the community through participation in scholarship, service, and professional development activities that promote the school.

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000-$165,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
