Our client, a reputable dental practice in Garden City, Michigan, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team. State of the art modern dental care practice.
Itero scanners, Pano,Clear aligner therapy.
Endo skills and strong surgical skills required.
$ 800.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee based on experience . Collections based on experience 30-35%,
PPO/FFS, No Medicaid or Medicare opportunity in this 8-operatory practice.
Position Overview:
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside a team of experienced dentists and support staff to deliver comprehensive dental services and maintain the practice's excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and develop treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Build and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the practice
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
