Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our client at a reputable dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work closely with this team of experienced dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine dental exams and diagnose oral health issues
- Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate dental care to patients
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a practicing dentist
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
