Location: Salem, Oregon

Why You Will Enjoy Working Here

If you are looking for a private practice that fosters both clinical and personal development, this opportunity is perfect for you. We are seeking an individual who values constructive feedback and is eager to embrace new technologies. If a corporate environment is more your style, this may not be the ideal fit. Our organization is led by doctors in Salem, Oregon, where your growth is our primary focus.

This private practice emphasizes real mentorship, prioritizing your development. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated mentor, who is committed to nurturing clinicians. This mentor holds a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction achieved by less than 2% of dentists, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. As a recognized implant specialist in Oregon, your mentor will integrate structured mentorship into your schedule, including case reviews and coaching sessions, ensuring you grow under exemplary guidance. This is not a corporate-style practice; we are dedicated to your advancement and excellence in dentistry.

Located in Salem, Oregon, our practice is situated in a vibrant city that combines small-town charm with modern conveniences. With beautiful parks, wineries, and outdoor activities, Salem is perfect for professionals and families seeking a high quality of life. Our location allows easy access to all that the Willamette Valley offers, with both Portland and the coast just a short drive away.

This is a place where you can practice dentistry with integrity, supported by a dedicated team and loyal patients. We provide all the necessary tools to deliver exceptional care in a community-oriented environment.

Our Core Values
  • Growth Minded: We view growth as an ongoing journey. Whether mastering advanced techniques, adopting the latest technology, or enhancing leadership skills, we actively invest in continuous improvement. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself, with support at every step as you build a fulfilling career.
  • Integrity and Stewardship: We prioritize doing what is right, even when no one is watching. Our patients trust us to guide them with honesty and fairness, and every decision is made with their best interests in mind. We see our role as a responsibility to care for individuals and uphold the reputation of our practice.
  • Fun and Positivity: Dentistry can be enjoyable and stress-free. We infuse energy and humor into our workdays, knowing that positivity enhances the experience for our patients. While we are committed to providing excellent care, we maintain a light atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. Our team often shares lunch together, fostering genuine connections through regular gatherings and shared laughter.
  • Community Focused: Our deep roots in the Salem community drive us to give back to those who support us. We prioritize making a positive impact through initiatives like our Day of Free Dentistry and partnerships with local organizations. Being part of something larger and using our skills to serve others is important to us.
Your Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and present treatment options clearly and confidently to ensure patient understanding and acceptance.
  • Perform a variety of general restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as CBCT, iTero Lumina, and TRIOS 5 scanners, along with our in-house laboratory.
  • Collaborate with assistants who manage expanded functions to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Engage in continuous learning and growth while being mentored by a supportive team.

We also hold regular meetings to collaborate on treatment planning in a supportive atmosphere. From observing advanced procedures to enhancing your communication skills, you will experience accelerated growth with a mentor who is genuinely invested in your success.
  • Private Practice: Decisions in our office prioritize patients and team members over corporate quotas. You will have the freedom to practice dentistry authentically while being supported by a close-knit, values-driven team.
  • Excellent Location & Lifestyle: Salem, Oregon, offers a wonderful mix of small-city convenience and natural beauty.
