We are a busy, well-established private dental practice seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This opportunity offers flexibility with either a full-time or part-time schedule, a strong patient base, excellent earning potential, and a clear pathway to partnership for the right provider.
Our fee-for-service and PPO practice provides comprehensive dental care in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Services include general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, dental implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Full-Time or Part-Time options available
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
- Perform restorative, cosmetic, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures
- Utilize comfort sedation when clinically appropriate
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team
- Adhere to all office policies, OSHA, ADA, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Active Ohio Dental License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Completion of a GPR or AGD Fellowship required
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Desire to build long-term patient relationships
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
