Associate Dentist Opportunity

Position: Associate Dentist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client on a full-time basis. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other experienced dentists and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a very busy dental practice. Replacing a dentist that has relocated to another state.

This is an FFS/PPO opportunity.

$ 800.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee with opportunity for bonus.

Mentoring is also available.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings

- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs and oral health

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the highest quality of patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry and techniques

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Proficient in performing general dentistry procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
