Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Medford, NJ

 We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's team in Medford, NJ.

Technology: Fully Digital, iTero, Cone Beam in this 12 operatory practice.

This is a FFS/PPO opportunity.

Strong daily guarantee and % of collections.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside a team of experienced dental professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and ensure patient satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Conduct thorough examinations and develop treatment plans for patients

- Educate patients on oral health and proper dental care techniques

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

- Commitment to continuing education and staying current in the field of dentistry
