Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Saginaw, Texas

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's thriving dental practice in Saginaw, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside a team of experienced dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with patients and develop treatment plans that meet their individual needs. Our client's practice is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, providing you with the resources and support you need to excel in your role.

This is private practice working in a FFS/PPO opportunity.

19 operatories working with three other dentists 

Strong new patient flow each month

All digital, CBCT and electric handpieces.

No lab fees.

100% medical coverage for dentist.

4 day a week work week

Weekly massage.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions

- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health care

- Collaborate with other dentists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care

- Utilize digital technology and tools to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay current with industry advancements and participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in Texas

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
