Associate Dentist Opportunity -Sand Springs . Oklahoma

Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our client at this reputable dental practice in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Monday-Thursday 8-5 pm and Fridays 8-1 pm

10 operatory practice.

Mix of FFS/PPO and small % of Medicaid.

All digital x-rays,CBCT/Pano, electric handpieces.

Dentists range from $ 250,000- $450,000 most are in the $ 250,000 range.

Exams, Comprehensive, limited. Periodic fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, endo, removeable prosthetics- This client is willing to assist in development and training of dentists if needed.   

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Educate patients on oral health and proper dental hygiene techniques

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

- Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in the field of dentistry

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and clinical skills
