Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Warren, Ohio

 We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist for a full-time, permanent position at a reputable dental practice in Warren, Ohio. Great team with a very loyal patient base.

This is a PPO opportunity

Monday - Friday

Annual salary with bonus based on performance. $ 200,000- $ 225,000

Open to new graduates, mentoring is available.

Job Description:

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with a team of experienced dentists, hygienists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive oral health services. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Conducting dental examinations and diagnoses

- Creating treatment plans and discussing them with patients

- Performing routine and complex dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in Ohio

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current dental practices and procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
