Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Wayland, MA

Work week: .M,W,Th and Fri.

PPO/FFS 8 operatory practice with 2 specialties in house.

Technology: iTero, CEREC.

Strong active patient count and good monthly new patient flow.

Strong hygiene program with an excellent patient return.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced dentists and support staff to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop treatment plans

- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
