Position: Associate Dentist

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Dentist to join our private practice client in West Chester, Ohio. This is a part-time opportunity working Wednesdays with the opportunity to work more days.

This is a 5 operatory practice that has established and very dedicated staff.

Open to mentorship.

FFS/PPO mix.

Part time to start with the opportunity to  add days. 

33% production and daily guarantee to be discussed,

As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly trained and experienced dental professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. You will have access to the latest technology and equipment, allowing you to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general dentistry procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Diagnose and treat oral health issues

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university

- Active state dental license in Ohio

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
