The Dentist/Owner runs a highly successful, patient-centric practice known for its clinical excellence, warm community reputation, and modern facility. Position Highlights

  • Location: Brookfield, WI
  • Schedule: Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week. No weekends.
  • Patient Base: Well-established, loyal, and growing. Primarily Fee-for-Service and high-tier PPO (No Medicaid/HMO).

  • Support Staff: Work alongside a highly trained, efficient team of assistants and hygienists, allowing you to focus 100% on patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including detailed diagnostics, restorative work, crown & bridge, and preventative care.
  • Formulate comprehensive treatment plans while building trusting, long-term relationships with patients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the hygiene and clinical support teams.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed electronic patient records.


Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school.
  • Active, unrestricted Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • A compassionate, patient-first philosophy with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general dentistry; advanced skills (e.g., endodontics, oral surgery, or clear aligners) are a plus but not required.
