We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, single-location practice with 30+ years in the community. Our recently renovated office features new equipment, a loyal patient base, and a supportive team environment.

What We Offer
$125,000–$150,000 base salary + 25%
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry
Diagnose and develop treatment plans
Perform restorative and preventive procedures
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Build lasting relationships with patients
Maintain accurate records using Dentrix
Requirements
1+ year of clinical experience
Active Florida dental license or eligibility
Strong clinical and communication skills
Patient-focused approach
