Position: Associate Dentist
As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to patients. You will work closely with our team of experienced support staff to deliver exceptional service and promote overall oral health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
September start date
Minimum of 2 years' experience as you will be the sole provider in the office.
FFS/PPO practice.
4 ops.
$ 900.00- $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee.
30-32% collections based on experience.
CBCT, Digital Xrays, Open Dental PM
Mon-Fri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct thorough patient exams and develop treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and answer any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and continuously improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Current state dental license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
