Job Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality care through a wide range of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and cosmetic treatments.
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care to support long-term wellness.
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and elevate the practice’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD Degree
  • Excellent chair-side presence, and ability to make patients feel relaxed
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
  • Openness to coaching, mentorship, and a desire to grow
  • 1-2 years experience at a dental practice preferred
