Associate Dentist

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues.
• Provide preventive care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assist in restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Experience with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a compassionate demeanor toward patients.
