Job Description

Associate Deployment Strategist Job Opening in San Francisco, California Job#16858877

Join a high-growth artificial intelligence company whose intelligent agents are changing how mid-sized and large businesses run their day-to-day operations. In this early-career role, you'll guide customers from the first discovery conversation through launch, mapping how their teams really work and turning that into dependable automated workflows. You'll work alongside technical delivery engineers, product, and sales to configure and test solutions, keep project plans on schedule, and lead kickoffs, progress reviews, and quarterly business reviews with customer leadership. Because the implementation playbook is still being written, your ideas will shape how the company brings new customers on board as it grows. The role comes with a competitive base salary, meaningful equity, comprehensive health coverage, flexible time off, paid parental leave, a professional development stipend, and daily catered meals.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years in a client-facing role such as consulting, business operations, implementation, or technical project management; recent graduates with standout internships are welcome to apply
  • Hands-on experience implementing software for enterprise clients (internship experience counts)
  • Working knowledge of large language models, APIs, JSON, and SQL, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Background at a SaaS company, ideally in automation, logistics, or supply chain
  • Polished executive presence and fluent, native-level English, both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to juggle one to three accounts at once, each with its own timeline and requirements
  • Knack for breaking complex processes into clear steps, requirements, and decisions
  • Comfortable with a demanding schedule of 60–65 hours per week and short-notice travel of about 30%
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, math, or data is a plus
San Francisco puts Golden Gate Park, the Presidio's coastal trails, and Ocean Beach minutes from downtown, with wine country and Lake Tahoe an easy weekend trip away. Residents can choose from Victorian flats in the Mission to quieter homes in the Sunset, close to strong schools and top universities like UCSF, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. It's also the center of the AI industry, which makes it a great place to grow a tech career.
