The Associate Graphic Designer supports the development of fresh, trend-relevant graphics for men's and women's apparel across Catalyst Brands' lifestyle labels, including Aéropostale and Lucky Brand. This role collaborates closely with designers, senior designers, and cross-functional partners to create compelling seasonal concepts that reflect brand identity, meet business objectives, and connect with the target customer.
• 1–3 years of experience designing graphics for men's and women's apparel (knits, tees, fleece, denim, polos, etc.). • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to create innovative, brand-right graphic concepts and typographic solutions. • Strong illustration and sketching skills. • Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design fundamentals. • Knowledge of Catalyst Brands' customer demographics and brand positioning. • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with digital collaboration tools such as Miro is a plus. • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, creative, and committed to delivering exceptional design work. • Ability to maintain regular in-office presence to support team collaboration, while effectively working within the company's hybrid work structure.
