The Associate Digital Marketing Manager (Social & Growth) owns and optimizes key digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms. This role plays a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and conversion through effective campaign execution, audience segmentation and performance optimization. The role will work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across all marketing channels
Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Own and execute the social content and promotional calendar across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities. Drive audience growth through consistent, high-quality content and platform-specific strategies. Lead cross-functional coordination of campaigns, promotions and go-to-market initiatives across internal teams and external partners.
E-Mail Marketing: Own and elevate Mezzetta's email marketing program, including campaign strategy, execution, segmentation and performance optimization
