As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll own or support a roadmap and backlog for one of several digital product areas spanning connectivity, customer support, or a major platform migration, depending on placement. We are hiring one Associate level role and two mid-level roles.

This role is a Think Company staffing opportunity supporting complex business initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. You’ll be fully embedded with one of our strategic client partners, collaborating daily with their stakeholders, working within their processes and structures, and representing Think Company through strong delivery, communication, and consulting acumen.

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000

What You'll Do
  • Own or support backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization to deliver high-value features and functionality
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear digital product requirements, representing the product in solution design, refinement, UX reviews, and development demos
  • Partner cross-functionally with UX, content, analytics, engineering, sales, marketing, and technology teams to drive seamless roadmap execution
  • Use analytics and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities; define and track KPIs that measure product success
  • Communicate roadmap progress, release timelines, and performance impact to stakeholders
  • Maintain and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities and customer-facing team feedback

What You Bring
  • Product management experience including backlog ownership and prioritization — we welcome candidates ranging from a couple of years of experience to more seasoned mid-level PMs
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical or domain-specific product areas and their ecosystem dependencies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer research to inform product decisions
  • Comfort partnering with UX, content, and technology teams on scalable, user-friendly solutions
  • Resourceful cross-organizational navigation — able to proactively engage the right people to resolve ambiguity and keep work moving

Focus Areas
Depending on placement, this role may focus on one of the following areas. We'll work with you to find the best fit.

  • Connectivity: Own the roadmap for foundational connectivity products used by small and enterprise business customers.
  • Help & Support: Help evolve the digital support journey customers turn to when they need help, partnering closely with support operations teams.
  • Platform Migration: Support a major platform migration, helping small business customers move onto a new digital platform.
