Schedule: Primarily onsite; potentially 1–2 days hybrid
 

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Associate Digital Product Owner to join their Digital Onboarding team supporting the digital account opening and onboarding experience across online and mobile platforms.

This role will support a Senior Product Owner in defining, building, and improving end-to-end digital user journeys across a range of financial products. The ideal candidate will have foundational product management or business analysis experience, strong analytical skills, and experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap definition, prioritization, and release planning.
• Develop and communicate business requirements.
• Identify and document user journeys, use cases, workflows, and business processes.
• Partner closely with technology teams to communicate requirements and support product releases.
• Collaborate with UX, Risk, Cyber/Fraud, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption, and usage metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve the digital customer experience.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support product decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and software developers.
• Strong interest in digital products and customer experience.
