Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director - Accreditation Operations


  • Lead day to day accreditation operations, ensuring workflows run efficiently and on schedule

  • Manage and develop a team of program staff

  • Oversee scheduling, workflow tracking and operational priorities

  • Drive a culture of process improvement

  • Implement and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies


Qualifications for the Associate Director - Accreditation Operations


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Organizational Leadership or a related field

  • Experience managing complex workflows in scientific, compliance, research or healthcare environment
