The Associate Director, Brand Activation is a strategic and collaborative marketing leader who helps bring integrated brand activations to life across Marketing and Communications (MAC), increasing brand awareness and audience engagement. Reporting to the Director of Brand Activation and Creative within the Brand Marketing team, this role connects teams, initiatives, and audiences through coordinated brand activation efforts across North America and globally. With a focus on collaboration, relationship-building, audience insights, and measurable impact, this role supports the successful delivery of brand activations that advance MAC priorities.

In this role, you'll help shape and deliver integrated brand activations that connect audiences to our mission, partnering with marketers, communicators, creatives, agencies, and stakeholders across the organization. You'll serve as a connector and catalyst, helping teams align around common goals while continuously improving how we plan, activate, and learn from our campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing staff and teams.
  • Experience developing marketing plans and measuring results.
  • Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Experience leading complex project and program/account management, including financial responsibilities and measuring results of strategic plans and programs.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $95,000-$122,000 This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
